Thanksgiving 2010

With our families help we had a nice Thanksgiving meal and a very pleasant afternoon.JV

New roof over porch

Jerry, Jim, and i worked to put up the frame/truss & headers. Jerry did the roof and shingles. Then Kathy was here the day Jerry was putting up the plywood underneath for the ceiling and she helped him. So with much help we have a nice addition to our house. jv

Jerry finished putting on our new kitchen door. He also finished my island for me which i love. jv

Beautiful fall day in the 60's and a slight wind blowing. Just some pic around the yard, a turtle i just saw in the creek, and the oak support posts Jerry is working on. JV

Very pleasant day for going up to look out point. Tensie this is where Josh had planned to pop the big question but snow blocked your road.
Our garden is all over for this year.

Lots of family came together

Family members from Alaska,Montana,Michigan,Washington,Neb & PA got together to celebrate with Josh and Tensie for their wedding in Minnesota.
